MindSpring will hold a shareholders meeting on Friday, February 4th at GCATT (Georgia Center for Advanced Telecommunications Technology) at 11:00 a.m. EDT to vote on the proposed merger. If the motion passes a vote of shareholders, MindSpring and Earthlink anticipate filing the necessary documents to close the merger later that day.
