I set my camera on a tripod and set the
30 second timer to scramble into position to catch the picture
above. It was taken at Jim's house on Great Bay, in Greenland,
New Hampshire. The Westchester County Department of Parks, Recreation,
and Conservation in White Plains, New York, liked this picture
so much, that they "borrowed" (stole it?) to use as
their official fiddle festival poster for several years after
the one year they hired us to perform there, even though we weren't
asked to be performers at their festival for those years. It was
embarassing for me to encounter friends who said, "they made
your picture into their festival poster and when we went to see
you, you weren't there!"
