You are reborn as the daughter of a great merchant. You are pretty, indulged, wilful, and a bit spoiled. You have fallen in love with a young man who is quite unsuitable. He is a struggling apothecary who has the twin faults of being poor and of not having great social rank. He is very good looking though, and he has a way of looking at you that disturbs you and thrills you. Your father does not approve of him. His disapproval fuels your desire; you are determined to have your young man. This is not going to be easy. You only see two choices - you can elope or he can make much money. You are sure that your father will accept your marriage if you elope; however your young man might be too proper to elope. You would rather not elope - you would prefer to have a grand wedding. If your young man could somehow come into a great deal of money he would be acceptable to your father. He sees no hope; you must tell him what to do. What will you tell him?
