Home is complete with wide-plank flooring, original beamed ceilings, and more, and includes two bedrooms (sleeps six comfortably), livingroom with fieldstone fireplace, den, modern full bath with tub shower, new half bath, new kitchen, and large flagstone rear patio. All conveniences including color TV, DVD & VCR, stereo, telephone, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and tastefully furnished in a very comfortable decor.
Property includes private spring-fed pond ideal for swimming. Maple hedgerows, picturesque meadows, and nearby woodlands create an impressive Fall foliage display with magnificent views to the North. Far from the maddening crowd, the area is an ideal hiking and picnicing area and wildlife refuge, and is exceptionally well suited for cross country skiing. Horseback riding, fishing, golf, downhill skiing, quaint country auctions, antique and specialty shops are all within easy driving distance. Rentals begin at noon Sunday and end at
noon Saturday usually.
(2) Pet Friendly - Well behaved pets are allowed at $50 per week additional per pet, Plus 9% Vermont Rooms and Meals tax, $200.00 security deposit ($100 more per each pet), and standard form, short term lease.
(3) Rates are $50 higher per week during holiday periods and during July & August.
