Xalk served the Orange Police Department from 1986 to 1994. He was imported from Germany for the Orange Police.
Xalk was awarded a medal from the Western Massachusetts Chief's of Police for locating a lost 6 year old boy. He recovered over $10,000 in evidence and is credited with 70 arrest. Xalk passed away during the winter of 97-98 at the age of 13 after enjoying several years of his retirement in a rural corner of Orange.
